Two part closed cell flotation foam. You need to replace the foam between the stringers. You can purchase closed cell flotation foam that should not fill up with water if the floor leaks later in the boat’s life. This is a big improvement over the older open cell foam. I will provide a supplier list with where to get these materials in a separate place on the forum. You mix it in two parts. Mix it right in the boat or you will have a volcano on your hands before you know it.
